Two Paths, Chosen on Purpose

Counseling and coaching aren’t the same work, even though they can look similar from the outside. I keep them separate on purpose, so you get the room you actually need, not a blended version of both.

Counseling

For processing, healing, and spiritual or emotional depth work. This is the room for grief, identity, spiritual struggle, or whatever needs to be worked through honestly before you can move forward with any real clarity.

Coaching

For forward motion. This is the room for people who already know where they want to go and need someone building the plan with them and holding the pace.

How This Works

Sessions are one-on-one, in person or virtual, and start wherever you actually are — not where you think you’re supposed to be. Nothing here requires you to have it figured out before you walk in.
