I help ministry leaders, founders, and individuals build real structure underneath what they’ve been trusted with — through a framework I call

Who I Am
I’m an ordained elder, a certified pastoral counselor, and a certified life coach — but those credentials were never really the beginning. The beginning was always the same question, asked in a dozen different rooms: what’s actually being stewarded here, and is there a structure strong enough to hold it?
I’ve asked that building worship ministries from nothing. I’ve asked it serving as a pastor on a pastoral council, and sitting on apostolic councils. I’ve asked it running operations across multiple clinical organizations — startup locations, departments, and organizations alike — building the metrics frameworks and SLAs that told leadership the truth about whether a system was actually working. And I ask it one-on-one, in pastoral counseling and coaching rooms, where the structure being built isn’t a business at all — it’s a person.
My role has been consistent everywhere I’ve stood — not a coincidence, but evidence. That consistency is indicative of the anointing itself, not separate from it.
I’m also a psalmist, which means I don’t believe honesty and holiness are opposites. That conviction runs through everything I build.

A midwife to what’s already trying to be born
There is so much the Lord wants to release in the earth. What hinders it isn’t a lack of passion — it’s ignorance, and a lack of stewardship. I don’t think of myself as the source of anyone’s vision. I think of myself as a midwife to what’s already trying to be born. My work is helping a purpose come into the earth safely — strong enough, structured enough, to actually survive being born and keep growing after. Not polish. Not performance. Germination — Godly vision infiltrating spaces it was never expected to reach, taking root until it becomes what’s there, because it was built right. That’s the Kingdom coming a little closer to earth.
Vision is a privilege. It’s given, not earned — and what you build underneath it is how you answer for having received it.
I believe heaven gives vision so it can come to earth — not once, but continuously, through people willing to build something strong enough to carry it past themselves. That’s stewardship: not managing what you’ve been given, but structuring it so it can scale, so it can be trusted with more, so it doesn’t die when you step out of the room.
I don’t treat every request as one to build right away. Before we build anything, I ask questions — real ones, the kind that get underneath what’s being asked for — and we pray through what we find together. Sometimes that reveals the vision needs to be refined before it’s built. That’s not a delay, and it’s not me standing in the way. It’s me being a partner who takes what you’ve been trusted with seriously enough to make sure it’s built on something that can actually hold it.
I partner with you to build the framework — and I share the spiritual and emotional weight of building it, because those two things were never meant to be handled by two different people who’ve never met.

Seek the Foundation
A paid discernment session — the entry point to everything else
Before we build, we ask. In this session, we sit with what you've been trusted with — a ministry, a business, a calling — and ask the questions most people skip: Is this the right vision to build right now? What's actually underneath the request? Is there a foundation here to build on, or is there something that needs to be strengthened first? You'll leave with real clarity — and, if it's time to build, a clear next step into Build, Walk, or Learn.
