Build With Me

Operations and systems for what you’ve been trusted with

Vision doesn’t fail from lack of passion. It fails from lack of structure. Build With Me is where I partner with ministries, churches, and startups — Christian or secular — to build the framework that lets a vision actually scale, instead of quietly running out of road.

How It Works

Build With Me isn’t a menu — it’s a sequence. Each stage confirms the last one before it goes further, the same way you wouldn’t build a second floor before the first one’s load-bearing walls are up.

1

Foundation Audit

Before anything gets built, I assess what's actually underneath the request. Is there a healthy base to build on — real engagement, real capacity, real buy-in — or does something structural need attention first? You leave with a clear written assessment: what's solid, what's missing, and what building on top of it right now would risk.

2

Systems & Structure Build

Once the foundation is confirmed, this is where the real infrastructure gets built — documented SOPs, clear role definitions, workflow maps, and a revenue model that's been pressure-tested for where it could leak. You leave with systems your organization can actually run on, not just a set of recommendations.

3

Growth Infrastructure

For organizations with a confirmed foundation that are ready to scale — the dashboards, metrics frameworks, and operational infrastructure that let a vision keep growing without the person who started it having to personally hold every piece together.

Stewardship Automation

Purpose-built systems for relationships that can’t be handled generically. When something is being automated that involves real trust between people, the system gets built to protect that closeness, not just optimize for efficiency.

What a Foundation Audit Actually Finds

Here’s the kind of thing this process is built to catch — a composite example, not a real client:

An organization builds two paths for customers to reach the same platform. On paper, both paths look sound. But tracing the actual sequence — who pays, when, and for what, at every single step — surfaces something the org chart never would: one path grants full access to everything the platform offers, with no revenue attached unless a separate, later action happens. In practice, an entire segment of customers could receive full value with no obligation to ever generate revenue for it.

That’s the kind of gap a Foundation Audit is built to catch before it becomes an expensive lesson learned after launch instead of a fixable one before it.

This is an illustrative example built to show the method, not a description of any real client or organization.

Who This Is For

  • A ministry or church whose growth has outpaced its systems
  • A founder — Christian or secular — building something that needs to actually run, not just launch
  • An organization about to finalize a revenue model, membership structure, or customer journey and wants a second set of eyes before it's locked in
  • A leader who suspects there's a gap somewhere but can't quite name it yet
